In addition, we organize and broker corporate participations of European companies to global institutional investors. Our core competence lies with medium-sized companies and investors with an investment volume between 0,5 and 100 million Euros.*
In summary, we open doors for international investments. And this for medium sized capital seeker as well as for institutional investors.

FOR COMPANIES
For the realization of your project, we always start with the creation of a funding strategy. This can contain the development of bank concepts for applying for credits and loans, the cooperation with private equity or venture capital investors, the issue of bonds or convertible bonds through your house bank or the financing by crowdfunding. The brokerage of the sale of company participations rounds off our service. In any case, we do not take care of the paperwork, only, but accompany and support you through the entire financing process.

FOR INVESTORS
Also, for our global investment partners like Investment Funds, Private Equity Investors and Venture Capitalists, we have a various selection of services, if they like to invest into European projects or to acquire corporate participations. Starting with pre-selections of potential projects over due-diligence-analysis up to negotiation management and final contracting (together with our partner attorney at law), we are your right partner at place. After the investment, it would be our pleasure to assume your interests as your representative on the supervisory board.
