Dr. Michael Schmidt supports and advises German and international companies on all aspects of tax and corporate law since 1995. Before setting up his own law Firm in Frankfurt am Main, he worked in globally operating law offices. In our cooperation Dr. Schmidt is responsible for all tax questions and for contract design.

The company's origins lie in the founding of the sole proprietorship of our managing partner Mr. Stephan Braemer. Before running his own businees he has been in charge for international projects of a leading US automobile manufacturer in different areas of responsibility for three years. 2001
... to larger and more modern offices in Koblenz. First jobs were created and the requirements of more and more bigger customer companies resulted in an expansion of the business. Based on customers needs we developed more financing concepts and supported our clients during financing processes with their bank. As a mainstay the development of international business was added, which initially focused on China.
2010
the next step was necessary and the company moved in accordance with the now more and more international and multinational working customers to Frankfurt/Main. In this context, the sole proprietorship became converted by establishing of Braemer & Partner UG as a corporate entity. Furthermore, because of our growing expertise in the funding segment we were focusing on international financings from that time and additionally to classic loan and credit business we started international funding projects with private equity and venture capital investors.
2011
we have an own contact office in Olathe, Kansas, USA. Because of a lot of projects during the last years we were able to build up broad and global working partnerships. Thus, we are well prepared to attend or realize our customers international projects in an optimal way.
2017
Our portfolio became increased by the organization of the emission of bonds and convertible bonds as well as the brokerage of corporate participations.
